King River Wagyu Striploin
King River uses Meat Standards of Australia (MSA) accredited processing facilities that also use the AUS-MEAT Chiller Assessment Code. Over decades, King River refined the Wagyu breeding program for high fertility, excellent temperament, and prime eating quality with the famous Wagyu marbling.
King River has a Grain Fed certification standard for our cattle is 100 days, but it goes above and beyond to 120 or 150 days. From experience, we know that those additional few weeks increase yield significantly, resulting in larger cattle and more tender meat.
