About Moriyama

Moriyama Beef is 100% full blood Wagyu, with 72% Tajima strain from the Kobe lineage from Japan. It is a product of the culmination of 27 years of “hands on” global Wagyu experience. Our Moriyama line came from the late masthead stud sire, MANIFESTO VI, who was one of only 4 bulls made available to breed outside of Japan. Moriyama has black genetics, with grade A5 marble score 9+, 10+ and certified Halal. Full blood Wagyu, with its high percentage of Wagyu genetics unique characteristics and rearing methods, is known for its exceptional quality and taste. Moriyama comes in tenderloin, striploin and cube roll cuts. Due to only having 50 Moriyama pedigree cows left from Manifesto’s majestic line, we offer pre-booking and exclusivity on supply to manage our very limited stock.
